Session Terms & Conditions

By booking a Prophetic Heart Healing session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Sessions

Prophetic Heart Healing sessions are faith-based, prayer-centered sessions designed to help you connect with Jesus and invite His healing presence into your heart.

These sessions are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health services, and are not a substitute for licensed professional care.

Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

I am not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require immediate clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Mandated Reporting

While sessions are confidential and held with care and honor, I am a mandated reporter.

This means that if information is disclosed that involves:

Abuse or neglect of a child
Abuse or neglect of a dependent adult
Immediate risk of harm to yourself or others
I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities.

Session Use & Expiration

All sessions and session packages must be used within three (3) months of purchase.

Unused sessions that expire after this period are forfeited and non-refundable, though unused sessions may be gifted to another person within the valid timeframe.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided if you are running late.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the session, which will still be considered used in full.

Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating in a session, you acknowledge that spiritual and emotional work can bring up difficult thoughts, emotions, or memories.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and for your emotional, spiritual, and personal well-being before, during, and after the session.

You understand that you may pause, redirect, or end the session at any time.

Limitation of Liability

By booking and participating in a session, you agree to release and hold harmless:

Your individual facilitator
Prophetic Heart Healing
The Heart Healing Network LLC
Their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the session, including emotional or spiritual discomfort that may arise during or after the session.

Brand & Organizational Responsibility

Sessions are facilitated independently by Certified Prophetic Heart Healing Facilitators.

Prophetic Heart Healing and The Heart Healing Network provide training and certification but do not control or direct individual sessions and are not responsible for outcomes, interpretations, or personal decisions made during or after a session.

Confidentiality

Sessions are held in confidence within ethical and legal boundaries. No information will be shared outside of the session except where required by law.

No Guarantees

While many people experience healing, clarity, and breakthrough, individual experiences vary. No specific outcomes or results are promised or guaranteed.

Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
