Life Coaching and Prophetic Heart Healing serve different purposes, though both are designed to help people move forward.
🌿Life coaching is a forward-focused process that helps clients identify where they are now (point A) and where they want to be (point B). A Spirit-led Coach helps clarify goals, uncover obstacles, develop action steps, and provide accountability along the way. It is practical, intentional, and centered on growth, helping individuals move forward in areas such as mindset, relationships, purpose, and personal development.
❤️Prophetic Heart Healing, on the other hand, is a prayer ministry session centered on inviting the Holy Spirit to reveal and heal the deeper heart wounds, lies, or spiritual barriers that may be keeping someone stuck. Rather than focusing primarily on goals and action plans, PHH creates space for Jesus to bring truth, healing, freedom, and restoration at the heart level.

Both the facilitator and the person receiving remain attentive to what the Holy Spirit is doing, creating space for Jesus to reveal what He wants to address. What to Expect in a Coaching or

Each session is designed to be safe, honoring, and Spirit-led.
In a Heart Healing session, you can expect:
❤️A confidential, private space to connect with the Lord.
❤️A 60-minute session facilitated by a PHH Certified Facilitator, supported by prayer
❤️A gentle process focused on helping you hear Jesus and respond to what He is doing
❤️Space for healing, freedom, clarity, and direction to emerge naturally
❤️Sessions are not rushed and are always led by the Holy Spirit. Your role is simply to show up open and willing to receive.
In a Coaching session, you can expect:
🌿A confidential, private, forward-focused process to identify where you are and where you want to be
🌿Identify current challenges and limiting beliefs or obstacles
🌿Create practical action steps to move forward
🌿Sessions may include prayer, scripture, and Holy Spirit-led refection to gain clarity and steps toward lasting transformation
Virtual Sessions
🌟Prophetic Heart Healing or Coaching can be conducted over Zoom or Google Meet, so you don't need to leave the comfort of your own home.
🌟This allows people from anywhere to receive ministry in a familiar, safe environment while remaining fully present and focused during their session.
🌟In-Person sessions are available locally.

🌿❤️Hi, I’m Bonnie, a Christian Life Coach, and a Facilitator with Prophetic Heart Healing. I also have over 45 years of ministry experience and a Masters in Pastoral Care & Counseling.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, honoring space where people can encounter Jesus and receive healing and transformation at the heart level. I believe that when we slow down, listen, and make room for God’s presence, He faithfully meets us with truth, love, and restoration.
In our sessions together, my role is not to direct or fix, but to support what the Holy Spirit is already doing — helping you listen, discern, and respond to Jesus with clarity and freedom.
It would be an honor to walk with you in this space.

What happens during a PHH session?
In our session, we’ll slow down and make space to connect with Jesus together. My role is to help create a safe, honoring environment while the Holy Spirit leads the process. Each session is unique and unfolds at its own pace — nothing is rushed or forced.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. If you’d like, you can take a few quiet moments beforehand to ask Jesus what He may want to share, but this is completely optional.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
I hold confidentiality with great care and respect, and creating a safe space is very important to me.
Because of my role, I am also a mandated reporter. This means that if information is shared that involves current abuse, harm to a minor, or situations where someone is in immediate danger, I am required by law to report it.
Outside of those specific circumstances, our sessions are treated as private and confidential.
Is this counseling or therapy?
Prophetic Heart Healing sessions are prayer-based and focused on spiritual connection and inner healing. Neither Heart Healing nor Coaching is therapy, but either can be a meaningful part of a broader healing journey.
Is there a difference between Coaching and Heart Healing?
While both Coaching and Heart Healing are Holy Spirit directed, Coaching helps move you from point A to point B, and Heart Healing invites Jesus to heal what may be standing in the way.
Both have a powerful role. If you're still unsure, please feel free to ask.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel complete after one session, while others choose to continue with additional sessions. There’s no pressure either way. If you’re interested in continuing, we can discern next steps together after your session.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can remain in a comfortable and familiar environment during our time together.
